Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program Use PLACE lead generation tools regularly each week Meet with buyers, help them sign agreements, and find the right homes Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers Keep track of your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host two open houses every month Turn your prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team Take part in team activities as expected Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Work with sellers to secure listings and promote their homes Share your knowledge on pricing, staging, and other listing services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. Team player Licensed real estate professional 3+ years’ of sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth-minded Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills Compensation $70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
