Production Supervisor

Responsibilities: Day-to-day supervision, engagement and development of production department employees (developing relationships, coaching, training, etc.) Model a "Lead by Example" approach by exhibiting excellent work ethic and efficiency strategies, while working side by side with direct report in the fabrication area Review, monitor and follow-up on area results. This includes managing department costs to remain within budget guidelines Maintain customer relations by ensuring product quality specifications are met Process optimization Experience: Fabrication or a similar function: 3 years' experience Supervision/Lead: 2 years' experience Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team building skills Must have the capability to function effectively as a member of a highly motivated management team Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) #J-18808-Ljbffr DSJ Global
