Gould Hospital seeks a full-time, BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join our experienced team of physicians and advanced practitioners in Presque Isle, Maine. Practitioner teamwork and strong partnerships within our community hospital ensures a continued focus on our culture of care delivery. Both new graduates and experienced candidates, as well as those with Infectious Disease experience, or interest, are encouraged to apply!Position Highlights:Our hospitalists consult and manage care with our on-site specialist teams that include, but are not limited to, orthopedics, cardiology, vascular, oncology, interventional radiology, pain/physiatry12-hour shifts, (7a -7p & 7p -7a), rotated across physician teamNo call duties are required, and procedures are optionalPractice provides 24/7 Inpatient Care; 25-bed Med Surg Unit, 6-bed open ICUFull anesthesia and ancillary support staffAffiliation with medical schools, with oversight of medical studentsLeadership opportunities available; Hospital-employed roleCompensation Information:$304,307 - $365,569 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on quality incentives.The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.
