About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Project Finance to play a pivotal role in the expansion of its senior leadership capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the origination, structuring, and execution of all project finance transactions, including debt, tax equity, and structured equity financings. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in renewable energy project finance, structured finance, or capital markets, and a proven track record in executing complex project financings. The Managing Director will be at the forefront of the financing strategy, working closely with the team to drive transaction execution, capital formation, and the overall financing strategy. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include structuring and negotiating complex financing solutions, managing multiple transactions concurrently, and building and maintaining relationships with various financial partners. The role also involves leading and managing a team of project finance professionals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of the company's capital markets strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in tax equity structures, capital stacks, and transaction execution, as well as strong relationships with lenders, tax equity providers, and financial institutions. Experience in a high-growth or scaling platform environment is strongly preferred, and the candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
