Certifications:

• ARDMS
• BLS (AHA)
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) via ARDMS

Must-Have:

• Completion of a C.A.H.E.P. accredited training program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• ARRT certification in Radiology.
• Registered by the ARDMS or ARRT with certification in one specialty (AB, OB/Gyn, PS, RVT).
• Vascular and general experience required.

Description: Candidates must be flexible and have RVT accreditation. This role focuses on general ultrasound but includes weekend work, call, and second shift. There is a call rotation for weekends, with six sonographers rotating. Weekend call times are Saturday from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM and Sunday from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM. If scheduled for weekend call, team members do not take call during the week unless PTO has been granted. If not scheduled on the weekend, team members rotate call Monday through Friday. Call time for Monday to Thursday is from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and for Friday from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Call can begin at 9:30 PM if necessary due to PTO. Background hits must be disclosed during the hiring process. Candidates must be prepared to work in an acute care setting. This position requires teamwork and flexibility.
