Senior IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities: Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), including licensing and end-user support. Administer Entra ID identity and access management: user/group lifecycle, role/access assignment, conditional access and MFA policies, and access reviews. Own Microsoft Teams support for Lexington, including Teams calling, meeting rooms, collaboration governance, and troubleshooting. Co-own and direct global standards for onboarding (account/access/device provisioning) and maintain standards in Intune (enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment). Act as senior technical escalation point for Lexington IT support; set technical standards and guide support engineers. Coordinate security and infrastructure matters with the Sr. Cyber Security Engineer and Sr. System Engineer. Resolve IT incidents/requests via the ticket system; ensure timely, prioritized handling. Provide helpdesk support across a mixed macOS/Windows device environment, plus mobile telephony and meeting-room/video conferencing equipment; support remote/field users. Perform application and user management for assigned applications; act as backup Application Manager for specified systems; maintain work instructions. Ensure IT compliance with relevant regulatory/quality requirements; participate in internal/external audits. Perform identity/endpoint/application security tasks and software updates aligned with change control. Maintain asset and knowledge inventory. Qualifications & Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Microsoft Teams (including Teams calling) in an international enterprise environment. College or ICT/equivalent grade in Computer Sciences. Working experience and/or certifications. 8+ years in technology services (Support Engineer/Service Administrator or equivalent) using ITIL-based practices; ITIL certification advantage. Strong hands-on Intune experience (enrollment, config profiles, compliance policies, app deployment). Strong macOS support plus solid Windows client support; Intune management of both platforms is advantageous. Ability to support remote/field users effectively (remote troubleshooting, device management, clear guidance). Strong communication (written/verbal) and broad technology knowledge. Experience in commercial and preferably multi-cultural international organizations. Physically able to manage/support workplaces. #J-18808-Ljbffr
