Research Assistant – Entry Level, Peoria, AZ – Actalent Responsibilities Assist study coordinators with daily clinic procedures, including participant check‑ins, informed consent processes, administering electronic questionnaires, and supporting instrumentation and photography tasks. Perform administrative duties such as preparing test materials, making appointment reminder calls, and quality‑checking study documents. Support the development and organization of study paperwork and documentation. Ensure punctual attendance for all assigned studies and maintain a professional presence in the clinic. Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulations. Collaborate with other departments as needed and contribute to a positive team environment. Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and study participants, maintaining respectful and professional interactions at all times. Adhere to all safety and operational integrity protocols. Qualifications Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Interest or experience in medical or clinical environments is a plus. Comfortable using standard office equipment, including computers and phones. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, professional setting with attention to detail. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm. Once sequester studies start at the end of September/October, some studies will be 8hours and some 12hours. Schedule for sequester days will start at 6 or 7am and run through the end of the study (8hours or 12hours). If working a 12‑hour study, the next day will be a short day. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $20.00–$22.00/hr.
