Human Resources Specialist

To support a dedicated team in delivering quality patient care, the full-time remote Human Resources Specialist will manage employee records, process personnel changes in HRIS, and ensure compliance with employment laws while providing administrative support to the HR department. Key responsibilities Ensures accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and processes personnel changes Provides internal and external customer service by responding to inquiries and requests Supports operational compliance in data handling and maintains professionalism when dealing with sensitive information Required qualifications At least two years of Human Resource experience, preferably in the healthcare industry Proficient in HRIS systems, with a preference for ADP Vantage, eTime, and DynaFile Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures Proven ability to function in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
