Banquet Bartender

Experienced Part-Time, Seasonal Banquet Bartender needed to staff the banquet room and tent for the busywedding and golf season at our 36 hole golf club. Bring us your personality along with a professional attitude andgreat customer service skills.DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSMust maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all timesMust be able to handle cash and credit card transactions as prescribed by standard operating proceduresArrive promptly for shift in proper uniformThoroughly complete banquet/portable bar set-up and breakdown for each eventMust maintain proper handling of all food products and beverage productsMust perform all side work as requiredPerform additional duties related to job as assignedFamiliar with common Point-of Sales systems (POS) and feel comfortable using tablets, computers and other technologies. Plus if familiar with golf POS systems.Other duties as assigned by supervisorMinimum of 21 years of age1-2 years of previous banquet bartending experience preferredA well-groomed appearanceExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsBASSET certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)Serv Safe Food Handlers certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)Available for at least 1-5 shifts weeklyAble to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp and bend for up to 5 hours at a timeAble to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. frequently and 20 lbs. constantlyJOB STATUS Part time DEPARTMENT White Pines FSLA STATUS Non-ExemptSALARY $15.00 per hourHOURS 10-35 hours per week including evenings and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
