Mancan is working with a company in Millersburg seeking an office assistant. Pay is based on experience. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Pay is $15-18 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities: * Answer and direct incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner* Dispatch service technicians based on availability, location, and urgency
* Create, update, and manage work orders in the companys system
* Take and process customer payment information over the phone securely
* Assist with accounts receivable tasks including invoicing and payment follow-up
* Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
* Coordinate with field staff and management to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Provide support to other office staff as needed Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of office or customer service experience preferred
* Familiarity with Sage is a strong advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment
