Ocean House Collection is seeking a Pastry Cook to prepare, mix, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries and desserts. The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, with at least 5 years of experience in culinary operations, ideally within luxury hotel environments. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A culinary degree is preferred but equivalent work experience is acceptable.
