Loyal Source is looking for Patient Sitters / Constant Observation Technicians (COTs). About the Role Patient Sitters / Constant Observation Technicians (COTs) work under the monitoring of staff Registered Nurses. These positions do not require prior education, experience, or certification. Pay: $13.68/hr +$5.09 H&W Required Qualifications * No education requirements. * No experience requirements. * Must be willing to obtain a BLS certification (AHA) * Contractor agency sitters will be monitored by staff Registered Nurses. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Demonstrates independent work initiative, sound judgment, and attention to detail. * Ability to organize workload and use effective time management. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Basic knowledge of medical terminology. * Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural diversity, race, gender, and other individual differences in the workplace.
