Payroll Processing Clerk

Payroll Processing Associate Pay: $18.00–$18.80/hour Contract: 1 year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary The Payroll Processing Associate will support payroll operations, including processing manual check requests and helping ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Training on company payroll systems and processes will be provided. Responsibilities Process payroll transactions and manual check requests Review payroll and timekeeping information for accuracy Work with Time and Labor systems and internal applications Communicate with internal and external contacts regarding payroll issues Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information Support union and non-union payroll processing Perform accurate data entry Meet payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Basic Microsoft Excel and Access skills Strong data entry and 10-key skills Good written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to handle confidential information Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Payroll experience preferred but not required Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed Benefits: Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
