Training programs for career advancement. Hiring Requirements Pass a Pre‑Employment Drug Screen. CDL preferred but not required. Eligible to work in the United States. Knowledge & Skills Prefer 1 to 2 years of industry experience, but willing to train the right individual. Demonstrated willingness to learn competencies required to perform the job including methods, techniques, materials, and tools used in installation and job completion, and safety practices and procedures. Job Roles Prepare and set forms. Grade area, including placement of rock base. Tie and Install rebar/wire mesh. Pour all types of concrete. Smooth and finish surfaces. Edge and cut concrete. Utilize job specific equipment (Skid steer, mini excavator, hand tools, power tools). May support operators with concrete removal and sub grade prep.
