Sign On Bonus - Full Time - $4,000, Part Time - $2,000

Salary; Up to $54.20 an Hour, Based on Shift and Experience

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Day Shift; 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M 

• Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M 

• Full Time & Per Diem Night Shift; 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M 

• Per Diem Weekends

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Available Shifts:

• Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Day Shift; 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M 

• Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M 

• Full Time & Per Diem Night Shift; 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M 

• Per Diem Weekends

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and nursing staff.

• Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes or concerns.

• Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ needs.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory and facility standards.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Valid  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)license in New Hampshire.

• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
