Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role As part of our Inside Sales team, you will help support our internal team by providing a premium customer experience. Your work will involve responding to customer needs, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire order process, including cancellations and refunds. Proactively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns. Seek to fill orders as quickly as possible, evaluating options to ensure customers receive items when needed. Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistent customer attention. Provide a consistent customer experience through a thorough knowledge of processes and product lines. Increase your knowledge through vendor‑supplied and internal training. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years or more experience in a similar role. Microsoft Office Suite experience required. WebEx experience preferred. ERP system experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range: $43,680 - $74,880. Compensation includes potential short-term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program.
