Position Summary Produce Associate – Sam's Club As a Produce Associate you will ensure members enjoy high‑quality, fresh fruit and vegetables at low cost. You will work on the front lines of customer service, maintaining a clean, organized produce area and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Maintain quality, cleanliness, and freshness of produce. Provide friendly, exceptional member service with a smile. Keep the produce area clean, organized, and member‑ready. Stock, receive, and inventory merchandise to prevent out‑of‑stock or over‑stock. Apply food safety and sanitation standards and company policies. Use digital tools to support sales, quality, and inventory decisions. Adapt quickly to changing work scenarios and team needs. Lead by example and positively influence team members. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Experience with produce preferred. Strong customer‑focus and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physical environment. Adaptable and quick to respond to change. Team player who leads by example. Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour. Additional premium up to $3.00 per hour may apply under certain circumstances.
