Dispatch Field/Printer Technician
Contract to hire: Conversion $22- 23 Location: Riverside, CA, 92501 area for a dispatch field/printer technician. Must live within 10 mile radius from Riverside, CA, 92501, zip codes must be listed on resumes. Looking for immediate help Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm. Overtime expected as well as a rotating on call shift. The position is for break/fix field service work.
Position Summary: MUST HAVE Field Service Experience and Printer Break Fix repair. Must be able to follow written instructions MINIMUM Requirements: (Candidates missing any of these requirements will be automatically rejected.)
- CompTIA A+ Certified a must, Reimaging and updating O/S experience required.
- Printer Break-fix experience (more than consumables and setup)
- Deskside Customer Service Support Experience
- Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position reimbursed accordingly)
- Must have: CompTIA A+ and 5 years CompTIA Server + and 5 years Client Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certified and 5 years Client Printer Warranty Certified and 5 years Client Server Warranty Certified and 5 years IBM/Lenovo Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certified and 5 years IBM Server Warranty Certified and 5 years Desktop Break/Fix Experience and 5 years Field Technician Dispatch Experience and 5 years Laptop Break/Fix Experience and 5 years Networking Experience and 5 years Printer Break/Fix Experience and 5 years Server Break/Fix Experience and 5 years
