Permanent Position: Registered Nurse Manager Company: Progeny HR Solutions LLC Location: Austin, TX, USA Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a full‑time, permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits. As the Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care. You will be a key member of our healthcare team, providing leadership and support to our nursing staff and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality care Manage and maintain accurate patient records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for improvement Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers Stay up-to-date with current healthcare trends and best practices Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare software Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred If you are a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Progeny HR Solutions LLC.
