Member Service Representative

The New Orleans Firemen's FCU is searching for a Member Service Representative to join our dynamic Slidell team. Our MSRs serve as a liaison between the members and the Credit Union. They perform a variety of services including, but not limited to, providing account information, opening new accounts, and professionally handling members’ daily Credit Union needs. They also provide a variety of transaction services to members and limited transactions to guest members from other credit unions in a courteous, prompt, and accurate manner. Critical Knowledge, Skills and Education Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment Professional appearance, dress and attitude Must be dependable and reliable Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment Basic understanding of Credit Union operations, and knowledge of teller policies and procedures is a plus Excellent benefits and a tiered salary range of $15.75/hr.-$20.11/hr.
