CNC Machinist Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and optimize CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts while meeting production goals and maintaining safety and quality standards.
CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual machines for production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Monitor tooling, make adjustments, and troubleshoot machining issues
• Track production data including output, scrap, and downtime
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Support continuous improvement, 5S, and lean initiatives
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

CNC Machinist Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain)
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience with precision measurement and inspection tools
• Technical school or machining certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

CNC Machinist Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion throughout shift
