Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association For Autism/Children’s Center: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) preferred, but new graduates with relevant intern experience may be considered For all other departments: Adult rehabilitation professional experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) preferred, but new graduates with relevant intern experience may be considered Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Upon hire: Defensive driving certification Occupational therapy experience in a clinical setting Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
