Adolescent Mental Health Therapist - Outpatient Location: High Focus Centers – Pottstown, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (In-Person) Salary: $54,000–$55,000 per year (based on experience and credentials) About Us High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a trusted provider of outpatient treatment services for individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our multidisciplinary team delivers individualized, evidence-based care designed to support each client’s unique recovery journey. We are currently seeking a dedicated Counselor/Therapist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting adolescents in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting. Key Responsibilities Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support services Conduct approximately 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week, depending on program needs Lead one aftercare outpatient therapy group for clients transitioning to lower levels of care Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans Participate in regular treatment team meetings to review client progress Complete required clinical documentation and insurance utilization reviews Collect client co-pays as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field required, including completion of a clinical internship Previous counseling experience required; adolescent experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team Why Join High Focus Centers?
