Randstad USA is actively seeking a Financial Services Representative (Financial Processor ) to join the Business Solutions Group processing team for a premier Fortune 100 financial and insurance institution headquartered in downtown Columbus. Key Responsibilities Transaction Processin g: Execute high-volume financial and non-financial transactions, including large premium payments, fund transfers/reallocations, policy loans, withdrawals, surrenders, and account maintenance (owner/beneficiary updates, broker changes ). Quality Assuranc e: Conduct same-day quality-check reviews on all processed transactions to maintain data integrity and regulatory alignmen t. Document Managemen t: Generate, review, and audit transaction confirmation letters and annual statements, ensuring delivery to Account Representatives within strict service level agreements (SLAs ). Cross-Functional Suppor t: Partner closely with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and streamline daily document distribution workflows. Qualifications & Skill Sets Experience & Education: Requi red: High School diploma or equival ent. Prefer red: A completed (or near-con pletion) Bachelor’s de gree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly prefer red. Experie nce: 1–2 years of professional corporate experience in an office environment, or equivalent internship experience. Core Competencies Technical Apti tude: Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, wi th a strong foundational background in Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sort ing). Analytical Preci sion: Exceptional attention to detail and a natural knack for identifying errors in numerical data sets. Workflow Mas tery: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environ ment.
