The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring accurate results, and supporting high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses in microbiology, hematology, chemistry, and blood banking. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following established protocols and quality control measures. Maintain laboratory equipment, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and recommend additional testing when appropriate. Document all procedures and results in compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in training and mentoring new staff and students. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field. Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent from a recognized certifying body (e.g., ASCP, AMT). Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
