Resident-Focused Social Services Director
Communicare Health Services
Wildwood Healthcare Center in Indianapolis, part of the CommuniCare Family, is seeking a Director of Social Services (LSW required). You will oversee social and psycho-social functions, advocate for residents, and collaborate with care teams to ensure dignity and quality of life.
