Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive estimates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Prior internship or experience in construction estimating is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
