Responsibilities Define and execute the company-wide information security and compliance strategy across infrastructure, cloud, and corporate domains. Build and lead a security architecture framework aligned to FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, and ISO 27001 standards. Oversee implementation of security controls across physical data centers, networks, and public cloud environments. Establish and run programs for risk assessment, threat modelling, vulnerability management, and incident response. Collaborate with product, cloud, and network teams to embed security automation into CI/CD and operations pipelines. Engage with regulators, auditors, and key customers to ensure continuous compliance and trust. Recruit and lead a small, high-caliber team of security engineers, compliance specialists, and analysts. Skills / Must Have 10+ years of experience in information security leadership, preferably within hyperscale, cloud, or critical infrastructure environments. Proven track record building and running compliant environments (FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II). Deep technical understanding of network, cloud, and application security, including DevSecOps principles. Experience developing and enforcing policies for both physical and logical security domains. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interfacing with executive leadership and government partners.
