• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet a diverse range of student abilities and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ motor, sensory, and functional abilities within the academic setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals aligned with IEP requirements
• Deliver therapy through both in-person and teletherapy formats, as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to integrate therapy recommendations within the classroom
• Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in team meetings to support optimal outcomes
• Provide guidance and resources to school personnel and families to ensure continuity of support
