Responsibilities Prepare design documents that align with project requirements and standards. Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate timely completion of documents for QA/QC review before deadlines. Collaborate weekly with the Project Manager to assess staffing needs. Review mechanical budget hours and recommend adjustments as needed. Assign mechanical design tasks and manage team workload. Monitor manpower and budget in coordination with the Project Manager. Qualifications Registered Professional Engineer. Strong client interaction skills to encourage repeat business. Effective communication and teamwork across disciplines and with external consultants. Ability to guide mechanical staff to complete designs on schedule. Excellent interpersonal skills.
