Join Our Team as a Front Desk Agent at The 422 Sportsplex!
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment? Do you enjoy being the friendly face that welcomes guests and keeps things running smoothly? The 422 Sportsplex, located in Pottstown, PA, is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team! If you have at least one year of experience and are ready to take on a consistent schedule, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for all of our visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about our facility and services.
- Managing check-ins, registrations, and scheduling for events or activities.
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your role will be essential in delivering excellent customer service and representing The 422 Sportsplex as a friendly and organized environment.
