We are currently hiring for two shifts: 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM . Choose the shift that fits your lifestyle. What You'll Be Doing Accurately weigh and mix raw materials based on exact formulas. Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality specifications. Perform equipment setup, calibrations, and quality control checks. Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized. Record production data and assist with inventory tracking. Help train and support new team members. Follow safety procedures and standard cleaning routines. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience in compounding, manufacturing, or chemical processing (1-3 years preferred). Comfortable using measurements and following strict procedures. Strong attention to detail and time management. A team player who takes pride in quality and safety. Additional Details Location: Roanoke, VA Salary: $18/hr Work Hours: Variable shifts Skills Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate logs. Use measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Dress Code Shirts or T-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without holes or rips.
