Job Overview

Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery

Location: Hospital in Paducah, KY

Work Setting: Hospital Call

Start Date: October 7, 7 a.m. - October 12, 7 a.m., with potential for ongoing assignments

Licensure: Must possess a valid KY license and DEA

Job Details

Provider Requirements:

• Must be proficient in performing hip nailing procedures

Shift Schedule

24-hour on-call duty from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Patient Demographics

Care for a diverse patient population, including:

• Adults
• Pediatrics
• Geriatrics

EMR System

Utilization of the EPIC EMR system for managing:

• Orthopedic surgical cases
• Trauma cases, including hip nailing, fracture treatment, dislocations, amputations, bone and joint deformities, and tumors
• Total Joint Replacement/Revision or Repair (Hip, Knee, Shoulder)
• Spinal Surgery (various instrumentation options)
• Arthroscopy
