District Operations Manager / Plant Manager Location: Macon, GA (Relocation Package available for US based candidates) Salary: Up to $160,000 + Bonuses + Excellent Benefits & 401k + Fleet Vehicle About the Role We are partnering with a leading producer in the construction materials industry to appoint a District Operations Manager / Plant Manager in the Macon, GA region. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing plant operations, with responsibility for driving safety, operational excellence, and financial performance across aggregate production facilities. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on operations leader with strong experience in aggregates, mining, asphalt, or heavy industrial production, who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
