Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) /b> We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings. Key Responsibilities: /b>* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations * Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems * Create and maintain data collection systems * Provide in-class support and staff training * Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)* Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans Qualifications: /b>* BCBA certification (BACB)* Licensed through MA DESE * Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation " Strong collaboration and communication skills Apply today to join a supportive, student-centered behavioral team! /b>
