Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area
• Interact with guests to provide recommendations and take orders
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Required Skills:

• Experience in bartending and fine dining service
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Knowledge of menu planning and portion control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of complaint resolution techniques
• Cash handling and cashier skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
