Sales Analyst

To support strategic decision-making, the full-time Sales Analyst will analyze business performance, develop actionable insights, and manage forecasting operations while collaborating in-office in Franklin, TN with occasional remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities Analyze business performance across key metrics using multiple data sources to identify trends and opportunities Provide detailed forecasting support and manage operations-related tasks such as financial system upkeep and new item submissions Deliver regular reporting and prepare data presentations for key customer milestones and insights Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, or commercial planning, preferably in CPG or retail Proficient in syndicated data systems and internal sales forecast tools High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
