Advanced Workflow Specialist - Widefield - Central US

Leica Microsystems seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist to provide technical pre- and post-sales support for advanced microscopy products across the Central US. The role combines product demonstrations, customer training, troubleshooting, and sales support for life science research clients, requiring significant travel and remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

Deliver product demonstrations of widefield systems and provide technical expertise to drive sales conversions
Partner with Account Managers on joint account planning and communication regarding pipeline priorities
Provide application, product, software, and technical support including training and troubleshooting for customers
Develop, validate, and execute imaging protocols tailored to customer applications and research needs
Generate customer insights and application data to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or optics
2+ years in research environment applying microscopy and digital imaging techniques
Teaching or training experience with imaging equipment and techniques
Familiarity with biological imaging, fluorescence microscopy, and optics applications
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability to lift and move up to 15 lbs unassisted

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 base
