Community Mental Health Specialist — Case Management
HRDI
HRDI in Chicago is seeking a Mental Health Professional (MHP) responsible for planning and delivering mental health support services. You will facilitate treatment plans, case management, outreach, and advocacy to improve community living for clients facing mental illness. This is a shift-based role (12-hour shifts). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 5 years' experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included. #J-18808-Ljbffr HRDI
