Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to laboring patients and newborns in the Labor & Delivery setting
- Monitor fetal status and maternal condition; perform fetal monitoring and respond to non-reassuring tracings
- Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum care; administer medications and analgesia as per protocol
- Collaborate with obstetric team; document care in the medical record; uphold safety and infection control standards
- Maintain unit staffing guidelines: 1:1 active labor care; 1:2/3 for Mother Baby per unit requirements
- Prepare for emergencies and participate in team responses to obstetric emergencies; support families and new parents

Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN license; license verification required
- Current BLS (AHA), AWHONN certification, and NRP certification in-hand at time of submission
- 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery / OB experience (required)
- Fetal monitoring experience (required)
- Labor & Delivery skills checklist updated within the past year (required)
- 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment (required)
- RTO must be included in submission; limit to 5 days
- STABLE certification highly preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
