Assistant Front Office Manager

About Us Endeavor Hospitality Group is a boutique hotel management company built by business-minded developers with deep roots in New York City real estate. We are growing fast, with multiple new properties on the horizon, and we're looking for driven, team-focused, and energetic leaders to join us at the newly designed Courtyard Marriott in the vibrant Hudson Yards district. Why Hudson Yards? This is one of the most exciting neighborhoods in NYC steps from the Jacob Javits Center, the High Line, the 7-train extension, Madison Square Garden, and Times Square. Everything is happening here. What You'll Be Doing Inspire and lead Front Desk Agents to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive top-tier service scores. Foster a positive and engaged front office culture through training, development, and team-building opportunities. Ensure all team members understand and follow Consistent Operating Procedures (COPs). Promote a collaborative, friendly work environment with strong team morale and effective communication. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. 12 years of prior management or supervisory experience. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Marriott brand experience is a plus . Compensation $65,000 - $75,000 At Endeavor Hospitality Group, we take hospitality personally.
