** What You’ll Do **

• ** Accounts Payable (AP): ** Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and schedule payments.
• ** Accounts Receivable (AR): ** Issue customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• ** Payroll: ** Provide payroll info to our 3rd party payroll company.
• ** General Accounting: ** Perform bank reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and assist with basic financial reporting.

** What We’re Looking For **

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Proven track record with AP, AR, and payroll processing.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and dependable work ethic.
