Your work will include: Perform MIG and TIG welding on sheet metal and steel components Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications and blueprints Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications Weld materials ranging from 20-gauge sheet metal to 3/8" iron plate Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards Work efficiently to meet production schedules and project deadlines Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Work collaboratively with other members of the manufacturing team What We're Looking For 3+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience Ability to read and follow blueprints Experience welding 20-gauge sheet metal through 3/8" iron plate Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently while being a team player Stainless steel welding experience is a plus, but not required Build Something You Can Be Proud Of At Grieve, your work becomes part of equipment used by manufacturers across a wide range of industries.
