We're seeking a Handyman with a strong work ethic, a professional demeanor, and well-rounded trade knowledge. From carpentry and tiling to drywall, painting, light plumbing, and electrical work, you should be comfortable taking on a wide variety of residential tasks. Exceptional customer service skills are a must—you'll interact daily with clients, fellow team members, and office staff. Clear communication and a courteous approach are key.

Proven experience as a Handyman or Craftsman
Home inspection or estimation experience is a strong plus
Ability to perform light electrical and plumbing work
Fluent in spoken and written English
Own a standard set of tools
Own a reliable truck or van
Valid driver's license
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must pass a felony background check and drug screening
Able to lift up to 60 lbs
Comfortable working on ladders up to 16 ft
