Senior Delivery Lead

Leading the end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements, the full-time Senior Delivery Lead will ensure predictable project execution by translating customer outcomes into realistic delivery plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the delivery of customer implementation engagements, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and budget Align the implementation team on goals and outcomes, ensuring shared accountability and focus Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in a (Technical) Delivery Lead or Project Management role in the Enterprise Software or SaaS industry Proven track record in leading agile customer-facing Professional Services implementation engagements Advanced communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving Passion for driving customer success with a solid understanding of Professional Services engagements in an ARR-driven enterprise software business
