Associate Seo SpecialistThe associate SEO specialist is responsible for the execution of organic search strategies for individual clients of Rocket Clicks. As a front-line team member, they actively engage in search optimization on a daily basis to drive the necessary performance results for their clients. Their attendance and participation in internal sprint meetings and strategy sessions support the lead channel specialist in crafting ideal client work plans. The associate SEO specialist also prioritizes the most critical tasks, finding efficiencies through automation and delegation to deliver their best work.Performance objectives include executing Rocket Clicks playbook for the particular client industry, ensuring account execution follows company first principles methodology, analyzing performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting, executing SEO tasks within weekly sprint planning framework, making updates to websites through CMS' or direct code injection, working with design and editing partners to ensure marketing campaigns are using the most compelling content creative, executing regular technical SEO health checks for web properties to ensure site compliance, implementing and confirming conversion tracking to support reporting and measurement needs, attending internal virtual client meetings for context and clarity of tasks, executing audits of client and prospect accounts using provided framework to harvest opportunities for growth, working with generative AI to develop search-friendly content for client websites, and executing research to support marketing initiatives and direction.Capabilities and key competencies include a knack for "figuring it out" when taking on new tasks or processes, a strong desire to grow and learn more, technically savvy, holds themselves to a high standard of excellence, collaborative working experience as part of SEO teams, understanding of how businesses acquire customers digitally, experience working in content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot, using SEO software such as Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and reporting against defined performance metrics.Education and experience include 2-4 years working in professional services organizations, 2+ years professional experience in SEO, and prior agency experience is a strong plus.Benefits include 10 paid vacation days per year, 5 paid sick days per year, 10 paid company holidays per year, maternity leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave.Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm central standard time.Work location: remote - PH (Philippines).
