We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and TEAM-oriented to join our Production Team as a Laborer in Lubbock.What You'll Do:Help maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites & communitiesAssist Builders with day-to-day construction tasks and punch-out itemsEnsure homes are ready for work each day and secured each eveningHelp manage deliveries, materials, signage, trash removal, and site appearanceSupport homeowner touchpoints and help create a positive customer experienceWork alongside Trade Partners and TEAM members to keep projects moving efficientlyWhat We're Looking For:Strong work ethic and willingness to learnOrganized and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to adapt and problem solve in fast-paced environmentsPositive attitude and TEAM mentalityComfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the dayWhy French Brothers?We believe in:People First – We build relationships first, things secondOwnership – We don't make excuses.
