Senior CX Insights Manager - Strategy & Research (Remote)

Ladders

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Customer Experience Manager to lead customer experience research and insights across the business from a remote US-based location.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions, strengthen customer initiatives, and translate data into practical actions that improve satisfaction. You will oversee diverse research projects, apply rigorous analysis to everyday challenges, and bring fresh perspectives from multiple fields to CX strategies.
