Job Description

Job Summary
This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Responsible to ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels.
• Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the continuing professional growth of department personnel.
• Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching to support their continued development.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience - Preferred

• Location Requirement: Candidates must currently reside within the area or be willing to self-relocate.
• Work Schedule: Typically, shift is Monday through Friday, during AM hours (approximately 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM). Schedule and hours may vary based on business and operational needs.
• Work Environment: This is an on-site position that reports daily to the assigned facility.

Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
