Client Service Associate (Wealth Management)

Position Overview Kinetic Wealth is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to support our advisors and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This role combines client service, operational support, and administrative coordination within a wealth management environment. The ideal candidate has experience working in a financial services firm and understands the processes involved in client onboarding, account servicing, and advisor support. Applicants should have prior experience working in a financial advisory, wealth management, brokerage, or banking environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Respond to client service requests and assist with account-related inquiries. Help onboard new clients and prepare account opening paperwork. Coordinate account transfers, distributions, and other service requests. Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials for advisors. Maintain accurate client information in the firm’s CRM system. Communicate with custodian to complete account requests. Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation using Microsoft Office. Track follow-ups and ensure client service tasks are completed promptly. Maintain organized client records and documentation. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience working in financial services (RIA, wealth management firm, broker-dealer, or bank). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Professional and client-service-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a wealth management or financial planning firm. Familiarity with custodial platforms such as LPL Financial Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing. Experience using a CRM system (Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, etc.). Compensation Salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
